1969年のフランス映画『La Lecon Particuliere (個人授業)』のサントラ。音楽はフランスを代表する作曲家のFrancis Lai、アレンジはChristian Gaubertのコンビによるものです。劇中ではクラブ（ディスコ？）で踊るシーンで流れるインストジャズファンク「B7. Night In Avoriaz」、ボサノヴァの「B2. Bossa Nova Pour Christine」など良いですが、グルーヴィーなオケに女性スキャットが乗る「B4. Theme D'Olivier」女性シンガー、Nicole Croisilleが歌うファンキーな「B3. I Don't Know Why」も格好良いです。
1977年の国内盤です。フランス本国では7"シングルしかリリースされておらず、LPは日本盤(と韓国盤とかアジア圏の盤は幾つかあり)のみでのリリースです。ジャケットはシングルスリーヴです。
Christian Gaubert先生の格好よさが際立ちますね。(mm)
